The golf course view from the spacious room was refreshing, complemented by a cozy atmosphere at Harvey's Bar. Breakfast had a reasonable variety, though it could be improved. The location is convenient for local attractions, making it a good base for exploration. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-05-10}

I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for both lunch and dinner. The bathroom was large, it was nice to have a tub.

I stayed in the room that was upgraded to an option with a bathtub and available with fabulous bathrooms as well as tea. All the staff was well-trained, settled my issues. The hotel was in a comfortable and easy location near to lovely gardens and plenty of parking on arrival and great restaurants and wineries and Berrima. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

The spacious room offered great views of the golf course, which we loved, but the corridors were dreary and the breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options and cold food. The relaxation facilities like the indoor pool were a highlight for us and our child. overall, we felt this hotel didn’t quite measure up to the four-star experience we anticipated.

the location directly overlooking the car park offered convenience for accessibility, though it detracted slightly from the overall ambiance.
One minor issue was the broken shower grate in my room, which could use some attention.

This hotel is a definition of perfection. Staff were super attentive and check in/out was so fast. Room was really modern and very spacious, comfy oversized beds and an amazing bathroom. The indoor pool was clean and heated perfectly. There's lots of parking. I highly recommend their restaurant, dinner there was lovely.

The spacious rooms with lovely views were a highlight, and I enjoyed the cozy ambience. While the hotel could use some updating, the charming Southern Highlands scenery more than made up for it. Staff were friendly, but I wish breakfast had more options. A pleasant stay!

The spacious room was well-designed and comfortable.
I was frustrated by the lack of proper service. The reception was completely unhelpful when we needed assistance finding food nearby. Our room had insufficient towels for our group, leaving us scrambling after a long day.

The location is fine, nestled among the beautiful hills, which gives a really nice vibe. The indoor pool was a nice touch, and I appreciated the clean room and comfy bed that helped me rest after a long day of meetings. Plus, the friendly staff made check-in quick and pleasant.
The experience was marred by a few issues. There was no power outlet near the bed for my CPAP machine, making my night pretty restless. The restaurant felt cold and the food prices were way too high considering the portion sizes. Little things like a sticky coffee table and a loose luggage trolley also added to the frustration. not what I expected for the price!

I recently enjoyed a good two-night stay, primarily to indulge in some golf with my husband. The accommodation was impressively clean, modern, and comfortable. My daughters loved the swimming pool and gym, giving us the perfect family getaway. We also appreciated the hotel bar and its inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond when they kindly sent my husband's left-behind glasses right to our home, showcasing their really good service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spacious room, comfy vibes
Stayed for 2 nights in a Centennial King and wow, the room was huge! Super comfy bed and the bathroom had all the essentials. Had lunch at the restaurant and it was decent, nice atmosphere. Just wish the hot water took a bit longer to heat up. Great spot for a cozy getaway!
